« The room we reserved was very clean, spacious and easy to get to. The staff was very nice and helpful. The pricing for a room with a king sized bed and basic necessities was very fair. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely stay again. »

« Breakfast was ok and now they charge a fee for parking a day.Then TV would freeze up while watching.We have always stayed at Hampton Inn but will not again. »

« We had an issue with the internet connection I asked the front desk ten times and they told it gets not connection in the rooms when is too busy and some computers are not compatible with their internet, I also told them that the tv didn’t hve internet so definitely something with that room that they need it to check, I was told they couldn’t do anything about it. We work remote so this wasn’t a good ex for us. »

« We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is absolutely beautiful … cozy, elegant, and exceptionally clean. The location is perfect with easy parking, onsite laundry, and even a Starbucks, which I loved. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly! We truly enjoyed every part of our visit. The rooftop deck is stunning and such a highlight of the property. We’ll absolutely be booking this hotel every time we come back! »

There was breakfast in the hotel which is great if you are willing to miss out on tasty breakfast options on the strip. Overall pleased and would definitely stay again! »

« Room was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable for us. There is parking in the property but fyi, you will be charged $15 per night, not sure that was clear in the desperation of the hotel. We walked to a lot of places in Gatlinburg from the hotel so it is in a convenient location. »

« Very clean room, soft beds, wonderful pillows, excellent showers. The indoor pools were a little cold, and strong chlorine smell. Staff was wonderful, very pleasant. I would come back again, and do recommend. Walking distance from the main drag is a huge plus! »

« Parking is first come all outside. It’s is a very old hotel that has been renovated with very nice touches. I would stay there again. The balcony was ver private and relaxing. The water pressure in my room was low. The bed was comfy. Bring your own pillow. »

« Even if it’s a lodge, motel, hotel, resort…the main thing that need to be on the top priority of the establishment is the actual confort of sleeping. That being said, the 11pm curfew for the noise level is kind of ridiculous when you are trying to get some rest. I won’t suggest this place to no one. »
