'Great communication with the host. We made a same day booking and had special request for no steps which they provided. The front desk closes at 5:00 and we came in later but the door codes they provided worked well. Just be aware that most rooms have at least a few steps up or down, so you need to request if that is a problem. Room was spotless and bed was very comfy.'
