'Overall, the property and staff were good. We had an issue with a very strong odor in our room on day one and the front desk was quick to accommodate another room with a better view. All the staff were very attentive and friendly. The amenities are very nice, our 15yr son loved the lazy river and bowling. Food was good and a nice selection. We all loved Mike’s, the coffee shop! Beach is peaceful, but does have some rocks definitely can navigate past to get to smooth sand though. For those that...

'Upon arrival, I was notified that my booking was incorrect. They stated that children 12 years old and older are considered adults. When I booked through Expedia and selected my kids ages it categorized them as kids. I had to pay additional $450 which I didn’t plant for. I wasn’t able to get in contact with an Expedia representative to rectify this issue. Therefore, the first day of my trip was horrible. I stilled tried to contact Expedia yet the matter is still unresolved.'
