'El hotel esta muy bueno. La playa es lo mas flojo. Tampoco es bueno el servicio del kids club. Una pena. Las instalaciones son magnificas pero cambian las actividades y horarios permanentemente. El personal es mediocre en general. Habitaciones magnificas. Comida de calidad.'

'Great views but Property needs renovation. At night, the dogs, the vehicles, and the goat noises woke me up at 2-7am+. Ants and other insects inside the units, roach was in my cousin's unit. Cat poop was on the stairs near the pool. Breakfast was good but dinner was lacking. The fish was frozen battered pieces. Never expected nor ever received frozen battered fish in JA. Rice n peas was very good. Helpful staff.'

'Staff were amazing. Resort was beautiful and maintained well. Food was very good for an all inclusive. I would recommend for families or couples at the signature level.'
