'There was a key code situation that never got resolved. We had to Leave the door unlocked cause we thought if it locked we would be out on the street for the night. Pool was good. Price cheap but the key thing a real problem. Not fancy for sure'

'Great place just down the road from the National Park. Took 5 minutes or so to get to the main entrance. The unit is part of the main residence, which was quiet, however you could hear the wood creek above you when the residence walks. Like all Hawaii you are subject to the roosters waking you up early but definitely recommend if you need a place to crash VERY close to the park.'

At night when the sun goes down you can hear the frogs, it was soothing and relaxing. We just opened the window and it put us right to sleep. 'A wonderfully clean and spacious condo close to the heart of Kona. The lanai was perfect for spending some down time on while still being able to enjoy the warm weather and ocean sounds. There is also a great view of the sunset from the pool area! Loved our stay here :)'

'A wonderful guesthouse a few miles outside of town. It had everything we needed and the communication with the owners was great. The only small downside was the combo washer/dryer took 5 hours to do a very small load and we couldn't use it overnight because it was right next to the pullout bed.'
