'We had a great stay! The onsen experience and breakfast are amazing, and the the hotel provides all the details you can hope for. Because of the way the hotel is built, and the beautiful garden, it is a must-do especially during fall. We should have stayed longer!'

'No Wifi access on the first day and only at the lobby. Only few staffmembers could speak some English. Unfriendly staff. Anouncments Etc almost only in Japanese. Swimmingpool closes at 4 pm. A part of our room's sealing was only 185cm high!!!This hotel is clearly aiming at Japanese guests only. Location is convenient.'

'Made a birthday stay really memorable and went the extra mile to make it so special. Highly recommended and very good racing experiences on the track and Tom’s formula college, go karts, expert Fuji tour guide, racing simulator and more. 'This felt like a luxury apartment with a private onsen, large tv and bbq. The location itself is near a train station and several bus stops. Please be aware that this property is on a mountain so getting to those might stretch your calf muscles. Lovely location!'

'In het echt is dit Hotel nog veel mooier dan men volgens de foto's op internet zou verwachten. Het is een hotel met een enorm luxe inrichting, en met een daarbij behorende service en restaurants. er zijn twee grote restaurants. de een japans en de ander een Frans restaurant, welke wel aan de prijzige kant zijn. de twee restaurants hebben een fantastisch uitzicht over het meer (lake) Ashi. Het hotel is prima te bereiken met Hakone Highway bussen welke in ons geval vertrok vanuit het sinjuku...

'If I can sum it up in one word…. ‘Wow!’ This hotel was amazing. I booked a Japanese style room on the upper floor of the west wing with a private onsen. The room was spacious, clean and really comfortable beds. Sitting in the onsen and having a ‘cold drink’ with the views was amazing. The hotel staff was excellent on check- in and check-out. Dinner and breakfast service was also excellent.'

'Excellent service, checking in was fast and friendly. The rooms are large and luxurious with a “Zen” feeling. Breakfast & dining were very good, We tried the onsen, it was outstanding, after this you really feel born again. But most important and probably the best reason to book this hotel is because of the staff, they gave us top service and were so kind and gave us the best tips for sightseeing '
