'The paddle boards and canoes on the lake made the trip really fun for teenagers. Right on a nice lake so it’s shallow enough to explore and also swim out deeper and much warmer than Lake Michigan which is close enough to drive back and forth from easily.'

'We come to this area multiple times a year for rock hunting,hiking, etc. We have been by this house hundreds of times and when we found out we could actually stay here we jumped on it. This was a weekend for the peak of the Eta Aquariids meteor shower and our normal outings. Had awsome sunset and 1 night of clear skys. Walked across the street and did some rock hunting. Grandson tested the water and he also had a blast even shivering! No reservations about recommending or renting this place...

'Home is comfortable and very clean. Kitchen is nicely stocked, appliances all in good working order. Conveniently located close to grocery store and restaurants. Owner friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.'

'We absolutely loved EVERYTHING about our stay! Our stay far exceeded our expectations! Robin was an amazing hostess and shared many things to do and see in the area. The cabin was impeccable. Our teenager and friend loved their own personal space in the loft. The deck and lakefront were perfect for stargazing and relaxation. Our dog Maisie loved being able to roam freely and have a friend to play with! We look forward to our next stay! So beautiful and peaceful.... everything we could have asked...
