'The hotel was fine. The bed was comfortable. I reserved a suite and in it was a jacuzzi. Unfortunately, it was so poorly maintained the both handles were loose and one came off entirely. It was so difficult to operate that after one use, I didn’t touch it again for fear I couldn’t turn the water off again. Other than that, the stay was fine. '

'Zeer mooi hotel op een super plek. Er moet echter wel gewerkt worden aan het personeel muv de bar. Heb 2 keer gemaild zonder reactie zelf nu nog geen antwoord gehad en ook een simpele vraag over de yoga die ze aan bieden kon het personeel bij de lobby niet beantwoorden.'

'It was an awesome experience except for the 2am knock on our door, only to find no one outside. And the curtains werent able to close completely, so outsiders could see in. When your room is right at the staircase, that's NOT ideal.'

'I went in mid May 2024. Overall a good stay but there’s lots of construction being done on the building so there’s a lot of movement all day long at the moment. The staff was friendly and very accomodating and everything was very clean despite all the work being done.'
