'This is a beautiful hotel. The staff are excellent and very helpful. Although our standard room was small it was really well equipped and very comfortable and clean. The heated pool and spa are superb and have great facilities. '

'uitstekende service en accommodatie minpunten zijn het ontbijt : 2 formules - onze gewoontes bij 5 sterren is all in - confituur en croissant is typisch frans ( formule 17€) - maar een beetje pauper in een 5 sterren. de pannenkoeken bij de duurdere formule niet geslaagd noch de crêpes noch de pancakes.. keuken is niet voorzien op uitgebreide ontbijtformule ook diner in restaurant op 1 avond was tegenvaller : witlof nietgenoeg gebakken en coquilles st jacques teveel - keuken is blijkbaar niet...

'I would have to say all the staff at the hotel are outstanding. They are personable and so helpful. There was no waiting for any request. This morning we left early for the airport. The kitchen was not open but the lovely lady who was organizing the buffet breakfast sent me on my way and 2 family members with a great breakfast to go'

'Fantastic place with excellent service. The considerate service is fantastic - they are extremely helpful. The chalets themselves are great - clean, comfortable, great amenities. Shuttle serice operated by the hotel takes you anywhere and picks you up within 15 mins. They have a partnership with the ski shop on the slopes where you have a VIP separate room, lockers, and outstanding service. One word of advice - the pool (indoor plus outdoor) is heated, but it’s not jacuzzi-temperature. Overall...
