'Het hotel is redelijk verouderd. Niet aan beide zijden van het een stekker… Douche was maar pover'

'Zeer net hotel. Alles in het centrum goed op loop afstand. Auto kan je veilig parkeren in hun eigen garage ( wel reserveren ). Alleen jammer dat ons bij inchecken werd verteld dat we ontbijt erbij hadden en voor het ontbijt werd ons verteld van oh toch niet. Verder is het een goed hotel'

'For the price the room was too shabby. The shower gave more water from the connection than the showerhead. Toilet had a waterstain that looked horrible. Most drawers in the room were hard to open. It all looked worn out. Personell was very helpfull and friendly. The location of the hotel was good for me as I had an appointment in the EU parliament building which was 5 minutes walk. Overall not worth the price'

'Very dark access road to parking garage. Check in was very slow. Took 15min with only 2 guests ahead of us. Could not pay tourist tax of EUR 5.50 in cash (strange, because when I went for beer at the bar right next to the reception cash was welcome). Taking the elevator up to the 5th floor, we arrived at a hallway resembling one of a parking lot. You need your room key to open the door to the corridor. Room was all good. Slept well. '

'Prettig hotel aan de rand van het centrum en naast de metro. Op loopafstand van station Brussel Noord. More kamer en heerlijke bedden: niet keihard maar ook niet slap. Het enige minpunt: de kamer is nogal donker, ook met de gordijnen open.'
