'Our daughter attends Palm Beach Atlantic University. We traveled from St Louis to watch her dance. The VRBO was very nice. Clean. Perfect for a couple. We did not get a chance to use the pool but a nice setting in a nice neighborhood.'

'First of all the place was super clean. We stayed for three nights and had a great time. All the amenities we on point. I actually forgot my pillow but their pillows were even better.. And the bedding was super soft ( I looked at the tag on the sheets and will be buying the exact same sheets lol) Every room had very large Google TVs and the wifi worked perfectly. 'This property is meticulous. Everything that you need has been thought of, and it is exactly like the pictures. Well decorated, clean, well-organized, great linens and super comfy beds. The host supplied coffee, sun screen, cleaning items, and a great set-up to walk the 7 minutes to the beach: wagon, chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler. The house is beautiful and pool is great. 'I and three colleagues were in town for a conference and this house was perfect for us. The communication with the owner was outstanding - we had a slight issue with the hot tub - I messaged him and he was incredibly responsive, apologetic and had the issue take care of within hours. Everything about the house was great - the only "thing" that took us a little aback was the location. 'Our stay at Flamingo Villa was outstanding! Upon arrival, everything was set up for us. Easy entry, extremely clean, new renovation. Kitchen was perfectly appointed to allow us to eat many meals at home. Screened porch and backyard are the perfect oasis to relax! Guest house was a fantastic bonus. 'The property was nice and neat. However it was a bit small for me and my son. My son had to sleep on the pull out sofa bed which was terribly uncomfortable with a very poor mattress. However, the apartment would be ideal and good value for a single person or couple. Overall we enjoyed our stay due to the convenience of great walking along the water front and of restaurants near by. Also the host was very easy to work with and came back to us very quickly on questions or requests.'
