'Booked a room months in advance with so-called "island view", only got a room with view on trees, room was dark and no view. Requested another room from reception , which was not possible due to a fully booked hotel, refund of my booking was denied and was charged fully for 2 nights!! Also found out that the facility is actually a time sharing facility!!'

'The condos are spacious and adequately equipped. Valets were great. The view of the water was gorgeous. The downside was the temperature was quite warm in the unit despite turning the thermostat down. This made it very difficult to sleep.'

'While the original property was unfortunately a late scratch due to a plumbing issue, got another property at the same location that same morning as we arrived. Communication was excellent, the room was good, and the location for being in the midst of Palm Beach was perfect. Grocery store across the street, lots of great restaurants. Just keep in mind that Palm Beach is an expensive place if you go, but the room and management was everything I expected. No disappointments!'

'Vasca manages many condos at the PB Hotel. They made many mistakes with my booking. When i checked in the front desk had no knowledge of my reservation. It took 30 minutes to check in. The 1st room sustained water damage from a bad leak upstairs, so Vasca moved me to another of their rooms, excaliming there would be no additional charges. However, the 2nd room was less than half the size of the first and not nearly as well furnished. Then i requested an additional night. They accomodated me,...

'Het is een unieke locatie , alsof je in de jungle verblijft maar dan wel met het centrum om de hoek . Jammer was wel dat toen wij aankwamen ze met een soort drilboor op benzine , bezig waren om het tuinpad te vernieuwen en de dag erna de enorme tuin met een bladblazer te lijf gingen ! De rust was toen ver te zoeken ! Het restaurant is uitstekend maar wel prijzig , en het ontbijt is prima als je van zoetigheid houdt !'

'We had a wedding and needed a rental on short notice. The location was perfect. 10 minutes from the wedding.. 5 minutes from the reception.. 10 minutes from after party! Very clean and accurately described. My only negative is the tv in the room with a bathroom wouldn’t connect to the WiFi for some reason but the others worked fine. Would stay there again in the future!'

'The place was just perfect for me and my dad to grab some sleep before departing for cruise. The host were absolutely amazing. I got turned around and lost and they got me through. It was just great cause I was traveling with my 81 year-old dad and it was late when we got there. The area was very nice. There were people jogging at night and walking their dogs. Plus, it was a very short ride from there to the port would highly recommend and definitely will stay again'
