'It is a beautiful luxurious hotel with a superb spa. Rooms were nice and bedding very comfortable. Grey's restaurant food is average and very limited choice and overhyped but breakfast was excellent. The biggest surprise on checking out was that they charged 10% service charge on the whole bill including the room charge that was prepaid on Hotels.com. There was no warning and left a bitter taste. '

'Superb hotel, I would give it 10 out of 5 stars ! Food is superb. Fluffy towels, very comfortable beds with super linens. Staff so so helpful. Breakfast was fabulous and the spa is outstanding. Location is just beautiful, with gorgeous views and walks. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.'
