'The staff at the desk were extremely friendly! They escorted me to my room when I checked in. Within walking distance to the Imperial palace and gardens. Close to the train station. 'The hotel was a few minutes walk from the Disney Monorail which was very convenient. Also there was a very nice Disneyshop in the hotel. Because of the room we booked (a bigger room for 4 or 5 people) we had access to the Sheraton Lounge on the 12th floor with nice views over Disney and Tokyo Bay.
