'Upon checking in, Mr. Keira at front desk was very helpful to change my room for quiet side. I was warned that the room is a little smaller than another rooms and the bathroom is unit bath. Yes, room is smaller, but it is ok. However, the bathroom is very small and not enough ventilation. Later on I noticed the door is able keep open. It’s very heavy door. In generally the room is accessible.'

'The service of the front desk was excellent! We were helped on several occasions with booking issues, sending suitcases to other hotels, and information in general. The staff was so kind. We loved that the area was quiet and away from the crowds in Shinjuku. It was great that we were able to visit several sites and restaurants in walking distance and that the subway stop was close by. 'We loved our traditional Japanese room very much! The room is beautifully setup and huge enough for 5 of us (2 adults with 3 teenagers). The staff in the reception showed us the genuine Japanese kindness and greetings. 'A good high-class hotel. Helpful and very polite staff. Hanzomon Metro is around the corner and it is a very accessible metro station to start exploring Tokyo. They have multiple smoking areas. Only downside is that the beds are very hard. Unfortunately the staff wasn't able to help me with that. Despite that, I would surely be booking this hotel again! 9/10!'
