'Very clean, good-sized room with a comfy bed and the walk-in shower I wanted. You let yourself in using a key pad and find your room key on the reception desk. There are phone numbers to ring if you have problems, but otherwise you only see the staff at breakfast, which is very good indeed. Good value. Reasonably quiet. Recommended.'

'We really enjoyed our stay here to celebrate our special wedding anniversary. All the stafff were welcoming & excellent. Our room (Delude) was super spacious with a 4 poster bed & lovely bedlinen. The spa was great and I had a fantastic treatment with Marilyn. Yes the property is a little tired but the surroundings & staff made it a very special stay nevertheless and we will definitely return. Breakfast was also excellent. The grounds are stunning so highly recommend this hotel for a stay. '

'Hotel in lovely location by the Thames. Car parking easy and included in the price. Reception busy but moved quickly. It would have been good to be informed about facilities and where breakfast was however the hotel was signed well for restaurant. Bed comfortable. Room had bath and separates shower that was great. Tea/Coffee making facilities available. Could do with iron in room.'
