'From all the places I have been to in China, this place just stands out on top. The staff were super helpful, and everyone I talked to there could speak English. Here I want to make a special mention of Sunny and Evan at reception. They went out of their way to help us with rebooking our room, and to know more about the area and activities. The rooms are spacious and well kept, the food great, specially the buffet at night. The hotel and grounds are super beautiful, the waterfall pool...

'Nice hotel with all the facilities you need. Good that they allow you to use the facilities of the J.W. Marriott, which is attached to it. On my room some of the pillows had an unpleasant smell, they should be renewed or washed. Overall i would certainly recommend this hotel.'

'The hotel was about an hour out of Hangzhou, so away from the buildings and traffic. Located in a small village, it was. 5 minute bus drive back to the lake, so pretty convenient. The room was small, and in need of some repairs. Bathroom also small. The front desk was very helpful, her English was excellent. Walking distance the Lingyin Temple precinct. Plenty of nice local cafes nearby. '

'check un lent (il est 23 h et on nous a dit que notre visa était expiré, alors que c’est faux...anglais nul donc difficile d’expliquer que non le visa n’est pas expiré...). Bref, le seul point positif est le petit dej. Sinon les chambres sentent beaucoup la cigarette aussi. '

'Relative good value for money and good beds however bathroom was old and ran down , swimming pool closed for renovation and Wifi only available in the lobby. location wise it is too far off from the West Lake and its boulevards to do without a taxi (which charge ~ 20 RMB for a one way ride )'
