'The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus. Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained. The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed. My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy....

'The hotel front desk representatives were so professional and kind. The rooms were very nice and very clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast they have prepared fresh each morning. Everything was just perfect! I didn’t use the outdoor pool but sat outside near it and it was clean and atmosphere was perfect. Highly recommend!!!'

'We love the design of this resort which has generously sized rooms and balconies. The property is one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in. There are several comfortable outdoor spaces. The staff is friendly and professional - and are very responsive to questions and needs. Kitchen space is very convenient. The free breakfast is excellent with a hot breakfast buffet, in additional to continental breakfast choices. We love the walkable neighborhood and the proximity to a small shopping area....
