'Nicely located at the top of Genting Highlands. There are some convenient shops at the ground floor if you crave late-night snacks. We stayed on tower 3. Microwave stopped working and in no time, they replaced it as soon as we reported. There are some construction happening closeby, which can be noisy at times, we were so tired that it didn't even bother us at all. '

'Positive : staying in the durian orchard, beautiful hilltop view with various special building layout and designs, a good place for a chilling family vacation. Negative : most of the rooms are typically small, no sound proof (can hear voices next door), poor room management (no towels, water bottles, shampoo), some rooms are dirty and lack of maintenance especially for those rooms built with woods, no side table in the room and bathroom to place our stuff which is very inconvenient.'

'Hoewel de Cameron Highlands en dus ook het hotel een beetje geisoleerd liggen, was dit een geweldige ervaring. De gast staat centraal (soms zelfs een beetje teveel) en er is een persoonlijke benadering. Het hotel heeft restaurants met een goede keuken en prima bediening. De omgeving zal niet iedereen bevallen. Ga erheen om te wandelen (jungletochten), te golfen of gewoon even helemaal niets te doen en af te koelen. De natuur en de theeplantages zijn prachtig. De dorpen zijn niet bijzonder. '

'The Hotel was very well kept together and updated amenities. Family friendly with a great pool, not too big. The hotel itself was a little far from the Malls so it meant it wasn't as busy, but you have to take a taxi/Grab to get there since it's isolated.The staff was very welcoming and friendly. '

"Unique location and good variaty on activities. The place could do with some new paint here and there, the staff is very nice (issues in the room were taken care of immediately). In the restaurant we were forgotten several times. Had to ask more than 4 times to be served, point of improvement. "
