'This is a difficult hotel to rate. On the one hand the staff is very friendly and the room is well equipped and spotless. Like other Oaks hotels I have stayed in. The view from the room is bad (a multistory car park), but I knew that beforehand. The one reason why I wouldn't come back here, in spite of the above and the competitive rates, is the noise in the bedroom from the echoing hallways. 'GREAT property!!! The coffee machine in the room and the free barista coffee on your way out the door in the morning are AMAZING!!!!!!!!! Highly recommend this property. I've stayed in a few properties over the last 3 months in Chatswood, and this one is by far the best. Its clean and modern. The staff are very lovely, the towels are fluffy and the bed is extremely comfortable.'

'Foto's op de site geven een onjuist beeld. De kamers hebben nodig een opknapbeurt nodig. De werkzaamheden die in het verleden zijn gedaan zijn niet netjes uitgevoerd. Bed en linnengoed moet nodig vervangen worden. De entree van het hotel is zeker niet aantrekkelijk. Het mag dan wel Chinatown zijn, maar toch. Van de uitgaansgelegenheden naast / onder het hotel heb je relatief veel overlast. Batterij van de kluis moest worden vervangen. Dat heeft pas de volgende dag plaats gevonden. Hiervoor...

'The sebel was a well maintained aparthotel with a fabulous view of the harbor. It was only a 7 minute walk to circular quay and less than 15 minutes to either the harbor bridge or opera house.'

'Very helpful and friendly front desk staff. Quick service at check in and out. Our room was ready even though we arrived a few hours early. Studio room was a good size. Room was very clean and had everything we needed and was quiet even though it was on a lower floor. Very close to light rail, super easy to get around the city. 'Perfect appartment with all facilities you need. Serviced daily and one big clean up and service weekly. Espresso machine with cups, huge kingsize bed, 2 tvs, sofa, desk, huge bathroom, dryer, washer, dishwasher, all included. Also the pool is great, bit cold but perfect on hot days. The bubblebath is hot but has like detergent in it. Gym is fantastic and sauna a great place to relax. The supermarket is just around the corner as is a small shopping mall and the North Sydney train station and...

'The room was very clean and fresh. Very nice decoration. The pool however was really noisy and everyone could get in with shoes. Not very respecting hygiene. The location of the hotel is perfect to get a train (T4) or bus 333 to the city center or Bondi Beach (15 minutes). Only negative surprise was the 36 AUD per day for the parking which wasn't explained while booking.'
