'Sonachon house is now under new owners Leanne and Aaron. They were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with full English, cereals, toast, and yoghurt on offer. They also provide some towels for the beach as well as free loan of bucket and spades.There is a spacious communal lounge which was really nice to relax in over a cup of coffee. Rooms were clean and nice ensuite shower room. Aaron tells me that he is planning to offer fishing trips next year for guests. A most enjoyable...

'Amazing property and very clean. The only suggestion I would make is for the property management to email the access key information rather than text it to guests with international numbers. I never received the information so I had to call and that resulted in a delay in check-in. Other than that everything was perfect. '

'Overall we enjoyed our stay but there was a few things that took the edge off a perfect break. The shower in the en-suite bedroom leaked through the kitchen ceiling so we couldn’t use it which meant that nine of us had to use the one other shower! The French door/window in the lounge was difficult to open & close and the rain came in at the bottom right side and the carpet got wet and we couldn’t open the bi fold doors in the dining area. The cutlery wasn’t very clean so we had to wash it all...

'The property was amazing and huge! Had everything we could possibly want. The swimming pool and hot tub was a great addition as well as the ping pong table/football field/basketball hoop! 'Het huisje is perfect voor twee personen. Alles is in zeer goede staat. Het lijkt alsof het gisteren is gebouwd. Aan alles is gedacht: internet, brandveiligheid, hygiene, gemak, etc. Kortom een plek om confortabel tot rust te komen. Een goede plek voor de auto. De gastheer is zeer attent en behulpzaam. Op een half uur lopen is een goed restaurant aanwezig en een klein winkeltje, dat gerund wordt door vrijwilligers. Langs de Teign is een ander restaurant met een bijzondere ligging. Het huisje...

'Nice neigbourhood, shops and urban restaurants closeby, not touristic, close to waterfront with nice small beach (no sand), caves that are worth to visit nearby. Accomodation clean, well equiped, towels present, kitchen with coffee, salt, oil etc present. We (couple with daughter) enjoyed our stay very much at this accomodation and location.'
