'There is an enormous lack of maintenance for the building, estate, garden. Outside swimming pool. Only some rooms have been renovated. The floors in the hotel are uneven everywhere, so that the beds are standing skewly on the floor which causes a very bad and unhealthy nightrest. This hotelis not worththe money we paid: nearly 200 eur per night for 2 adults and 1 child. The personnel is very kind, always ready to help and doing everything they can to make customers satisfied. '

'This property is not for the posh people but for the down to earth people it was cheap and cheerful but totally acceptable for me it’s close to the beach and the number 12 bus route slightly longer walk to the town centre but easy doable… I would have no problem staying there again '

'Lovely Old Buildings and Gardens. Nice Space for Food in the Evening and Mornings. Food was ok. Staff were lovely. Room felt like a 90's Travel Lodge, worn with a fair few obvious fixes (a few shoddy) around the room. Money off the onsite Cinema when you stay. Did everything it was supposed to do on a work trip. 'Wat een prachtige locatie voor je vakantie aan zee. Een keurig hotel met een heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt. Het personeel was super vriendelijk. Het minpuntje was het kleine 2 persoonsbed. Wij hadden een familie kamer met ons 3en. Dus 1 2 persoons en 2 1 persoons bedden. Iedereen een eigen bed dan maar. De wc trok slecht door en de parkeerplaatsen waren krap. Maar ik zou het hotel volgende keer zeker weer kiezen.'
