'Great efficiency apartment in a six-unit building. It is steps from the beach, boardwalk and town center. Four steps up from the ground level to enter the property. The murphy bed is comfortable! Cute kitchenette, we didn't use it because we were surrounded by restaurants.'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay in Fenwick at this dog friendly beach home. We were able to spread out in the four bedrooms and three decks but also enjoyed meals together on the deck and game night at the dining table. The kitchen was well stocked as was the garage. Lots of boogie boards and deck furniture. The best parts are the immediate access to the beach and the walkable/bikeable neighborhood. The vacation rental group is easy to work with and keyless entry was a breeze. Great...

'This condo was the perfect size for my group of friends! It was clean and well-kept. The only complaint I have is that there was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms, which I believed to be provided for us. Also, if you are planning to be out of the condo and come back late at night, be wary of high tide. 'Stayed here with my sister and my small dog for a weekend getaway and it was perfect! They even had a dog bed and toys for any dogs that visit. There wasn’t as much grass area as I thought there would be to take my dog right outside but it worked out just fine. Rooms were nice and spacious, there’s a half bath downstairs and a full jack and jill bath upstairs.'

'Very clean unit that equipped with everything needed for great, relaxing vacation. Beautiful boardwalk just right at the door to the building. A lot of great restaurants and coffee shops close by. 'Old school furniture in every room. TV in living room and main bedroom only. No grill even though pics and description says there is. 2 bikes available but flat tires and no pump and very rusty. Patio umbrella was a beach umbrella not a real patio umbrella. Excellent location. Close to beach and main drag with all the great restaurants. All rooms were large and clean with some wear and tear but I would stay here again.'

'The check in instructions had the door code (Entry code) listed first, so we were trying to get into the building with the wrong code, eventually, tried the second code listed as (Lobby code) to gain entrance to the building. There are windows in the unit but the view is of the next door building. The place was very clean and it could not be in a better location. Very affordable as well. It’s one block from the beach and downtown. I would recommend this unit. We will be back.'
