'My wife and I had our grandson with us and the room was very comfortable. Especially liked the beds. Hotel was very quiet and we were able to sleep in without being disturbed. The downsides: Bathroom sink was clogged. That can happen and hotel fixed it quickly except that it was still slow. Better and we could use it but not good. They were having problems with self parking and we ended up paying twice since our cards would not work. The hotel was good about fixing that on our bill but...

'So, they initially put us up in their annex which was really not so pleasant. They most kindly changed our room into the main hotel and that was wonderful - I do find it odd though that after all this time they still do not have an elevator. If you can't handle the stairs, this is no place for you! Still, the folks were most kind, and they even helped us take our bags up and down the stairs. But they really do need to get the elevator up - 6 floors man! '
