'A beautiful property. Our 2nd time visiting for our Anniversary. Was extremely disappointed upon check in they put us in building 4. Not good. It’s totally disconnected from vibe of hotel. I had asked early on for other building. They were able to switch us over to different room next day. Dirty towels and garbage in front of our door from house keeping for over 24 hr period. We did kill 2 roaches in room. We saw a lot of dogs on property even though there are no pets allowed. We meet a raccoon...

'Close enough to downtown but the shuttle only has limited times a day which makes it a bit inconvenient to get around. For the resort fee charged , would like more shuttle options and some included activities such as paddle board , kayaks, bikes, etc. The property itself is nice with a secluded feeling but could use some more attention to detail in the rooms. Chipping door, paint and base boards, things like that. The pools are nice and well landscaped. Overall a nice place to stay when going...

'Fantastic, couldn’t have picked a better place! Great atmosphere, very luxurious. Loved all the patio seating in cosy nooks and corners everywhere. Red poinsetta’s everywhere, I loved it! Breakfast menu is set, and suited our taste very well. To say the location was convenient is an understatement. It’s right of Duval, but still quiet enough to get a great night’s sleep. We left the car and walked everywhere.'
