'Isabell at check in was incredible, we have travelled the whole world and never been made to feel so welcome. What an amazing hotel and a real team dynamic, the values of one big family really shine through and it felt like we were staying with family. A beautiful hotel with gorgeous rooms and service. 'Goede locatie op loopafstand van de meeste Brusselse bezienswaardigheden. Parkeergarage onder hotel is ideaal al is het in en uitrijden wel een kleine uitdaging. Kamer, bar, fitness strak en zeer netjes, maar voor de sauna moet je het niet doen (klein). Personeel ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was ons te duur.'

'Mooi hotel, sfeervol. Mooie kamer met een lekker bed. Heel leuk dat er in de lift en op de kamer steeds dezelfde muziek klinkt, die aan een klooster doet denken. Vriendelijk personeel, zeker bij het ontbijt (wat overigens heel uitgebreid is).'

'Heel veel nachtlawaai door naburig feestje, techno gebonk en hotelgasten naast na kon je heel goed horen. Jammer want anders mooi hotel.'

'Was overall a good stay - fitness is excellent, the outside of the hotel is not very nice. Stay away from rooms next to the elevator'

'Very dark access road to parking garage. Check in was very slow. Took 15min with only 2 guests ahead of us. Could not pay tourist tax of EUR 5.50 in cash (strange, because when I went for beer at the bar right next to the reception cash was welcome). Taking the elevator up to the 5th floor, we arrived at a hallway resembling one of a parking lot. You need your room key to open the door to the corridor. Room was all good. Slept well. '
