'Wij hebben een uitstekende ervaring gehad. Prachtig hotel met mooie kamers en uitzicht. Medewerkers zijn enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam en geïnteresseerd in de gasten. In de omgeving is veel te doen en zijn er vele winkels, ook het station is op loopafstand. De bus naar Tokyo Disney Resort was ook perfect geregeld met zeer vriendelijke medewerkers. Wij willen graag iedereen bedanken voor ons geweldige verblijf. Wij komen graag terug. Nogmaals vriendelijk bedankt voor alles!'

'Love the location of this property! Short walk from Shinjuku station and there are actually 3 convenience store within the same building as the hotel. Super convenient. Staff was friendly and check-in and check-out processes were quicky and easy. Would definitely recommend staying here! '

'Booked this hotel for myself and my two daughters (18 & 20) for our first time in Japan. First upon checking in, the staff greeted us right at the Uber drop off. She guided us up to the check in kiosk and handled everything. We booked the two twin room for three ppl. Friendly staff; rooms are small and as is more often the case in Japan, little or no shelf- and hanging possibilities for your clothes. '
