We had a wonderful stay at the Condado Vanderbilt! The hotel is beautiful, the ocean views are amazing, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The location is perfect for enjoying Condado while still feeling like a relaxing getaway. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Rico!

We had an amazing stay at the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel! The hotel is beautiful, the beach is gorgeous, and the pools were clean and relaxing. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The restaurants and bars offered delicious food and drinks, and the location was perfect—close to the airport and just a short ride to Old San Juan. Our room was comfortable, clean, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to everyone at the Fairmont for making our vacation so special. We look forward to coming back and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Puerto Rico!

My husband and I were married here so this hotel is special to us. We always have a wonderful stay when we go. It’s our favorite place in Old San Juan. The bed is comfortable and the location is great.

We loved our stay! Our flight arrived earlier than our scheduled check-in time, and the staff was able to get us into a room right away, which we really appreciated. Traveling with teenage boys, it was perfect that we could relax while still being able to easily keep an eye on them whenever they were in the pool or out enjoying the ocean. The location and convenience made our vacation even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

Water disgusting. Trolly took forever. Room service took cologne and trashed personal shower caps. Had to ask for microwave 3x

Everything was awesome! Staff very warm, welcoming and friendly, property always clean and breakfast buffet was very delicious each morning!
