« I needed to come down to Tempe for an interview on Tuesday. I live in Kingman. Steve at Ryan Villa, was beyond my wildest expectation. Detail upon detail in this perfectly size 2 bedroom, black and white with gold over toes. Fluffy white quality towels. Neighborhood was so quiet. And those king size beds. Heaven. I was so grateful to find this place. Much better than a hotel stay. Thank you, Ryan for having such. »

« Beautiful home and neighborhood. Nice pool and great outdoor seating. Kitchen was well stocked. But, maybe bring scissors with you. lol. That’s one item we looked for. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms for multiple people. I’d stay there again! »

« This is our second time to use this property and we enjoyed everything. We were able to use the outdoor space for our meetings and used the outdoor activities during our break times. Wonderful and quiet location and close to Old Town Scottsdale. »

« Perfect place for 4 kids ranging from 5-12 to all play together and enjoy family time. The kids declared that they wanted to live there after the first 10 minutes outside on the basketball court, pickle ball court, and volleyball court. We enjoyed baseball/football games on the outdoor tv while in the pool; fire pit at night with smores; and an awesome movie night experience in the theatre room complete with 6 queen/full beds in stadium seating set up. Truly an amazing house with great hosts....
