Vind je ideale hotel in West Phoenix

'We go the hotel around 6pm, they first sent us to a dirty room. It was completely unmade as if guests have just left. We went back to the receptionist desk and she told us that she couldn’t find us a room, we sat there and waited about 20 to 30 minutes as she tried to find us a room. She said she can only find us a king bed, so we had to deal with it. We went up to the new room and it turned out to be two queen beds. 'The staff is amazing, but unfortunately this place is ridden with cockroaches and bed bugs, yet they now charge higher than cleaner hotels in the area. It used to be worth it, because it was cheap, so it made you not pay so much attention to the cockroaches. They seemed to get new management, who seemed to be Pakistani or Indian, and surprise surprise, they raise the rates while still having cockroaches and bed bugs. My advice would be to stay somewhere else.'
