« Lovely, charming studio, very clean, in a great neighborhood. We didn't use the kitchen but had coffee maker and French press along with beans to make coffee. Nice amenities, eg shampoo, soft towels. Easy check in with code sent on day of check in. Easy street parking. I would recommend this place! »

« The property was undeniably beautiful and spacious, but the pre-arrival process was a disaster. I booked a Global Luxury Suites hotel via hotels.com, only to find it was actually the Skymark building, owned by Churchill. I opted to pay upon arrival, yet my card was charged in full 7-10 days before my stay without any explanation. Attempts to resolve this with hotels.com failed; they couldn't contact the company. A search for "Global Luxury Suites, Reston VA" revealed it didn't exist. I received...

« Room was very nice with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with laundry detergent if you need to throw in a load. Pool was great and is open 11-8. Plenty of parking (pd) around the building—it is easier to see what is available before it gets dark. Metro blue line stop is less than 5 minutes walking and you can even go through the Marriott lobby to get underground there. Such an easy home base to get to all the sights in DC with the closeness of the Metro...

« This property was amazing and matched the description exactly. It was spacious, quiet, and clean. I didn’t use the amenities but from what saw, they were great. From the pool, gym, rec area; everything was nice. It even has a Aldi grocery store in site, coffee and Urgent Care. It seems like it has it all! There were a few things I didn’t like, for example, the mattress on the bed was way too soft and you literally sink into it when you lay on it. Some people may like it, but it wasn’t for me....

« We were in town for a wedding and booked The Captains Quarters. We had a great stay and enjoyed the location - so fun to watch the boats come in and just a short walk into town. The place was clean and comfortable and the hosts were great. Thanks for sharing your place with us! »

« The property was as depicted in the pictures. I have to give the owners props. The place didn’t smell mildewy like a lot of beach properties do. Communication was top notch, and the check in process was as easy as it gets. Would highly recommend. »

« This was a great stay for the long weekend. The space was VERY clean, accurate to the photos. We appreciate the host and his communication! I will add that the parking is/can be limited and tight. But we made it work well and drove a truck! We would definitely stay again. 2 minutes from the beach! »

« Our second visit and it is still one of our favorite places to stay when we come to Springfield/D.C. Nice kitchenette and everything was supplied. Beautiful yard with table and chairs, lots of birds and nice landscaping. It is a nice respite from the area's density and traffic - very quiet. »
