« Safe area. Clean Lobby. Apartment had lots of cob webs between ceiling and wall in the dining area. Kitchen is not well stocked. No hot pads or cookie sheets. The apartment was big and conveniently located. Overall great experience. »

« I was in Charlottesville to move my son into his dorm at UVA. This place was awesome! It was very close to Grounds and easy to get to. It had everything you needed and was very clean. I received excellent communication about checking in and out and even was left a thank you gift. I would love to stay longer and take full advantage of all the amenities. Definitely another stay in my near future. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Charlottesville! »

« The room was clean and the staff was very nice. The only issue was the room smelling musty and moldy, likely due to some issue with the air conditioner. The property owner should deal with this asap. Could be a 5 star review if not for that. »

« Greatest host! Wants you to feel comfortable and he is welcoming, with much attentive to details. Great location, super feeling of safety but within the fun parts of the city. Museums, Carytown, restaurants all so accessible. He's there if you need anything but not intrusive at all. Don't be worried about the parking...you feel like you're part of the neighborhood. I would definitely want to stay there again.. »

« Beautiful property. The landscaping was lovely and it was fun watching the ducks in the pond. The hosts were very friendly and made us feel welcome. They supplied adequate kitchen equipment, and toiletries and beach chairs, etc. We had plenty of space. Pool was nice. My only concern is that VRBO did not provide me with the opportunity or phone number to talk with the host directly until one day before our arrival. « We loved that the property had a balcony and that the parking was private. You do have to pay for the parking garage but it is not bad. The fact that there was a washing machine and a dryer was great as well especially since we stayed for 5 days total and had our children with us. The kitchen was easy to cook on even though the pots and pans were a little outdated or overused. The trash was easy.
