'Overall, the location of this place and the apartment itself is wonderful. The check-in process is cumbersome, as well as the process to get/use the garage access. However, I would do it all over again, the price for parking here is much cheaper than anywhere else. There is quick and easy access to DC via the subway. Definitely recommend staying here with a family versus in DC for much more cost.'

'The house was clean. The host was very responsive. It was too cold for us to enjoy the beach but we did walk over the dunes to look at it. The house is date with some spruce up done. But I like the character of older home. The bed in the master bedroom was fabulous, very comfortable. '

'Don’t stay here. I checked in and the beds were dirty, there were dishes in the sink, and the bathroom was dirty as well. I called the host to help me. I sent photos. They said they would try to help me. And there was no response for an hour or afterwards. I couldn’t stay in a dirty bed so I had to book another hotel. As of today, I have not received any response from the host, or reimbursement, or apology.'

'Expedia gives this an 8.6 but is extremely deceptive about this stay. First, I received a call from the owners prior to check in asking what time specifically I would be checking in. They clearly don't stay in the office unless needed. As soon as I arrived, the owner walked my fiancé and I to our cottage with a very brief tour and then went straight back inside his home which was right next to ours. 'The hot tub was broken our entire trip. We could not ever get hot water for our shower. We were told to let water run for 15-20 minutes! That is such a flagrant waste of precious water and should NOT be allowed. We had to sign in to internet DAILY and sometimes ThAT was not working either!? Many times during our stay the elevator did not work. We assumed we would have a balcony but did not. We sat on the 3rd floor hotel balcony only to be locked out! It was 3 in the afternoon.
