« We had a great stay here. It was perfect - enough bathrooms and rooms that were great sizes for our family. We had three adults and two kids (ages 1 and 3) (one slept in a pack and play). It was perfectly located and easy to get to downtown Leesburg and many of the wineries in the area. The weather was so nice and we enjoyed sitting on the porch at the end of the night. The yard was perfect for the kids. We’d definitely stay here again. »

« Stayed the weekend for a show jumping event at Morven park. This spot was very peaceful and quiet. The small village of Waterford was amazing. The hostess really knocked it out of the park - I've never seen a place supplied with so many incidentals, to improve the quality of your stay. Everything was very easy and memorable. Will probably return with a friend to enjoy the nearby wineyard and apple cidery. »

« Such a phenomenal experience! The place is tucked away, though the woods and in the middle of pastures with horses on one side and alpacas on the other. Beautiful, secluded, quiet. « Every part of this trip was surprisingly delightful…from the long, gravel, road through the most beautiful farms to the treehouse. My husband and I felt so comfortable here. It’s a spacious and well-decorated home with modern conveniences. We spent most of our time watching the trees sway in the rain and at night watching movies in the dark. It was the perfect getaway for a tired teacher starting summer vacation! I’m already hoping to return in the fall. »
