'Orchid House Jungle hotel was a great choice for our 4 day stay. Far enough away to not be bothered by droves of people, close enough to bike, scooter, or taxi to plenty of activities. The staff was helpful, genuine, and thoughtful. Frank our main contact listened to our needs/wants and absolutely had great suggestions and personalized our stay. Jose the primary bartender whipped up delicious Mezcal drinks and sweet Jamacia (Hibiscus drink) while also suggesting cenotes and places to visit. ...

'Check in process was smooth. Friendly staff and helpful. Never expected a much bigger apartment wuth a TV with netflix/youtube kitchen and fridge and microwave. Sooo much better than the hotel. 2 bedrooms with two beds and 1 king bed on the other room with uts own full bathroom. There is also washer and dryer which is very convenient if you enjoy the water everyday. There is also a rooftop infinity pool that is only around 3 ft deep which is perfect for my kids that do not need floaties....
