« There was a brief and quickly solved issue with getting into our room, but the host was kind and responded immediately. I hesitate to even mention that it occurred since it was solved easily, but want to note that he was great. The room was perfect for our trip to see Broadway shows! The penthouse was quiet and better the night we had no neighbors. A beautiful old hotel updated with a cozy bed and clean newer bathroom. »

« This was a perfect stay over location for us when we were traveling between Europe and home, and wanted to spend an evening in NYC. The hosts were very communicative with clear check instructions, and a great location within 2 miles of Newark’s airport. I wish that we had more time to explore the surrounding area as there seemed like some great gems to discover. The cleanliness, thoughtful of appointments/bedding, etc. were all top notch.
