'Cool neighborhood that doesn't feel too touristy, close to plenty of restaurants and easy walk to shops. Small space that's cozy but will feel somewhat crammed for taller people (the bathroom was a too small for my 6 ft 3 in husband). The sofa bed isn't great, super squeaky and not the best quality. This works if you're not planning on spending much time inside and will be out and about. At night you can also see the top of the Eiffel Tower.'

'Accommodation to be avoided at all costs. The entrance is in a dreadful state, and as the flat is on the ground floor, you’re forced to keep the double curtains drawn. Everything is either broken, non-functional, chipped, cracked, scratched, or in a sorry state. The bathroom has numerous mould stains and the bed is far from comfortable. Furthermore, although we had booked for a couple, the sofa bed in the living room was set up as a bed (impossible to convert back to a sofa), so we had no choice...

'Owner of unit never communicated needs from us. We messaged days and days before for check in procedure. Did not respond. Then he canceled our booking day of. Making us have to scramble for accommodations in peak tourist time in Paris.'

'Poor communication with host, heating/cooling system didn’t work well, much smaller than anticipated. Nearby area felt unsafe. Didn’t end up staying here.'
