Ample on street parking available and within 5-10 minutes walk of Skegness Pier and easy driving distance to Butlins. I would certainly stay again if seeking bed and breakfast accommodation in Skegness. »

« The room was comfortable and the hotel not far from the pier in Skegness. The staff is really friendly. There is no breakfast at the hotel, but you can have it in lot of places around. »

« Room was very small but clean, bed near window felt very damp, as condensation was running down windows! very cold in evening central heating just put on for about 3/4 of an hour in late evening!! Had to get into bed to keep warm!! Breakfast was the best thing about our stay, it was freshly cooked by hostess and hot! »

« Excellent value for money, had everything we could possibly need. Hosts where friendly. Absolutely nothing to complain about at all. Close to the town centre and beach. Parking is available here in a small carpark, or on the road directly outside. Will more than likely be staying again. »
