« The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms right on the shore of Lake Seneca, at a walking distance from downtown Geneva. There are very nice lake views and access to a beautiful lake promenade. HOWEVER, the lack of staff can be felt throughout the facilities. Our rooms (my party had 3 of them) were never serviced, even though we asked three times to have fresh towels and coffee-making supplies. « Pros: good location, clean large room. CONS: Advertised Continental breakfast, only Keurig coffee maker available in lobby, Advertised dining room and bar closed. Street traffic loud during AM commute hours. Staff basically non existant had to call loudly in lobby for someone to appear. No ice machine, had to ask staff for ice and was told by one night attendant they didn't have ice! Informed him it was available in kitchen ( another staff member got for us earlier) no one ever came into room...
