Villa's in New York

'The property had garbage all over the place when we arrived. All garbage pails were completely full. This attracted bears. The property had not been landscaped for months. We had no water and couldn’t shower or flush toilets. Despite several calls to the host this issue went on for 19 hours before it was resolved. 'its a very cute place. enjoyed the pool and hot tub. many of the light fixtures do not work. the drain in the bathroom sink was EXTREMELy slow'

'My family and I could not have picked a more beautiful home to celebrate my mom’s 80th birthday! 'Overall we had a good stay. There are some suggestions id like to pass on. Bed was hard as a rock. Kitchen was pretty good. Could have more counter space and a coffee maker that was bigger and had auto shutoff. The stovetop had something burnt on the burner so when I cooked it was a little Smokey. Door knob's were broken. The ceiling in the family room had an “attempted fix” from a pretty bad upstairs shower leak. Not currently leaking but not fixed properly. We also wished there was more...

'A very unique property. Beautiful setting. Home built in 1800s with a lot of charm. With a home that age, you need to understand it’s not perfect. That’s part of what made it unique. Nancy communicated great. One request is to have fresh soaps and shampoos in bathrooms. Used bars of soap and no shampoo in a couple just meant a run to the store. But that’s ok. We did a big guys trip so nobody minded much. Otherwise very happy with our stay.'

'Fantastic house very close to the lake. The house was clean and ready for our arrival. Check in was easy. The amenities including the deck, grill, and fire pit were all wonderful to enjoy during our stay. The kitchen is spacious with nice appliances. I would recommend staying here.'
