Chalets in Punta Cana

'While the resort offers plenty of fun activities for kids, the overall experience was extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend this resort in its current condition. The food options for children are very limited, which was frustrating for a family vacation. Even more concerning were the cleanliness and sanitation issues. There were roaches in our bathroom, and I seriously question the hygiene and maintenance of the pools. Unfortunately, my child contracted HFMD during our stay, and we...

'Everything was fine, we would go back. Only thing is, that air conditioning has moldy smell as rooms also stink to mold. We had to change multiple rooms. But staff was very helpful in that.'

'Very nice staff and nearby the Airport '

'Just came back from vacation and stayed at the Grand Palladium Family Selection. Everything was perfect — the service, the grounds, the restaurants, the beach, and the daily entertainment was amazing. Special thanks to our butler Rafael: he took care of all our requests, from restaurant bookings and bellboy service to daily updates. Highly recommend!'

'Clean room, Everything was good'

'I was satisfied with my stay. Everything was great, although I did find that the selection of foods was more limited in the Platinium section compaired to the main restaurant. The à la carte restaurants that we tried were disappointing. The food quality wasn’t up to expectations, and the service was very quick, they seemes eager to clear the table as fast as possible for the next guests.'
