'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. 'Family of 4 here with two children ages 4 & 8 , we had a blast! The property its self was well maintained and very clean . Rooms were spacious as well . Kids loved being at the pools and liked the bridge with waterfall like features. Food was surprisingly very good at this resort! We’ve stayed at other all inclusives on hotel zone and food doesn’t compare to Villa del palmar. Highly recommend and can’t wait to be back soon !'

'WOW! Did not expect such a beautiful stay as the one we had. My group had 2 rooms and they were both suites- ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. It was like a small apartment fully equipped with a washer and dryer! My parents absolutely loved this place. The entire staff was so pleasant especially the person who checked us in unfortunately I did for get his name. Very pleasant stay, we are so happy.'
