'Went on my first AI and first trip to Mexico for baby moon with the wife. Clean, spacious and recently updated rooms - stayed in the junior pool walkout suite. Staff is super; responsive and excellent customer service acumen. Brand new gym equipment, overall fitness facilities has everything even a punching bag. Pools were super clean and bug free. Food was 7/10. The golfing at PM golf course on the championship course was 9/10 - only better course I’ve been on was at Osprey TPC in Toronto area....

'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. They charge like 3 times the normal price. Ordinary cabs aren't allowed to pick up people from/nearby hotel. If you try to catch...

'Everything was good, but food could or should have been better considering the pricing. Whilst raining water leaked into the room which was fixed after flagging it multiple times during our stay. This is an exceptional circumstance so would give them the benefit of the doubt on this one. Pool was amazing. Laundry service as well.'
