'Extremely friendly staff. Very helpful. The whole resort is so clean! Super kid friendly and family oriented. The check in was a bit lengthy there was a long line but it was a great place would def. Recommend others to come here.'

'Resort was incredibly clean and beautiful. There was a ton to do so no need to schedule excursions. We saw/swam with sea turtles, octopus, stingray’s and many different fish right off beach. There is property is massive and the food is incredible at all buffets and restaurants. I promise you will not be disappointed.'

'Initial check in was horrible. Only one of my 2 rooms were showing up even though I received confirmation from property for both rooms and my message to keep rooms together was acknowledged. After showing plenty of documentation they told me it was between me and Expedia and didn’t offer any help whatsoever. 'Buffet food was disappointing every time. Japanese and Mexican restaurants were both very good. Seems like there was a lot to do, but almost all of it costs extra. The hotel activities were posted, but with no location, so we were in able to participate. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Overall I’d say 6/10'
