« This is a decent rental, priced properly low in a high rent area of SoCal. Reasons for lower value include no hot water, no lock on the front door (albeit a safe, beautiful neighborhood), worn carpet, and design that is more of an efficiency vs. an apartment. I did not meet the owner, but he was very responsive. Good crash pad rental for a no-frills traveler who does not want to pay 700-1,000 for hotels in the area. »

« We rented this home to come into town for my mom’s funeral. We have a large family and needed the space for everyone to gather and sleep comfortably, and this was perfect! The master bedroom, kitchen and living room are larger than what I thought from looking at the photos. « The host with the most! Sothea is a very kind, and accommodating person. Our son had an unexpected trip to the ER, and we were allowed a late checkout time. Just wonderful to not have to worry about rushing in the morning. The layout is terrific, and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. I hope we will get to stay again, when visiting next time. My family is going to recommend the place to their friends too. »

« Leroy is an awesome host he responds quickly when you reach out to him. I needed to extend my stay and he did not hesitate to allow me. The property is as described on the listing, great parking if you know Long Beach parking can be difficult! The kitchen has every pot and pan you could need to cook up a delicious meal. Large tvs and comfortable beds. This property most definitely makes you feel right at home. I would most definitely stay again and recommend this property to anyone.Thanks Leroy...

« We had a wonderful stay for my 30th birthday! The location was very convenient to downtown Venice and was walking distance from the restaurant we chose for dinner. The property itself was very clean, and the host was very kind and helpful with any questions we had. I would love to stay here again in the future! »
