Free shuttle to two main actractions and the beds where good , we all have a great stay with 4 in a grand suite, because I heard the normal 4 personage is a bit tiny. I simply asked whether she was the receptionist, and she immediately lost her temper, pointed to the back, and told me to wait there. We are guests, not criminals, and we deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. The kitchen was practically unusable. 'Very spacious room, Hotel next to metro station'
