'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'

'The staff were very welcoming and nice. We were celebrating our honeymoon they made sure to accommodate us by offering wine/champagne and snacks. We really appreciated that. The only complaint I would have is to offer chicken sausage more often instead of only pork for breakfast.'

'There were only a couple of small things that were an issue for me. 1- was that the shower head in room 106 was leaking out of the threaded collar that attaches to the shower post causing water to spray over the curtain onto the floor. 2- was that the mini-fridge in the room was frozen over in the back and needed to be thawed and reset. Someone had turned it up too high and made it over-cool the cooling element leaving a giant block of ice in the back of the fridge. I did however, let the...

'I would not stay here again. For about $15-20 more a night you can stay at a much nicer hotel. Room had a terrible smell. Pool was green and gross-could not use at all. Pool chairs were not good (picture on website is very deceiving)Breakfast was actually decent. This hotel is not even that old and it already needs a lot of work. Front desk workers seemed helpful.'

'Property is in the middle of renovation. Hence the occasional inconvenience. However the staff went beyond normal to make up for the remodel issues. I look forward to the completion. We stayed on the first floor in a room that had issues with the bathroom. Shower glass had a gap near the shower head. Floor suffered'

'They actually have amenities and give a free breakfast. Being that I travel to California often., not all hotel chains are the same. This property has been a repeat for me because they are consistently great.'
