We enjoyed the whole atmosphere of the hotel; big room in comparison to other hotels in Japan (we stayed 3 nights in a studio), very clean and comfortable.
10min on foot from Osaka train station, shops and restaurants everywhere, metro close by.
Approx 30 euro per pers/ per day for a set breakfast but is is well worth it but you can easily find breakfast options nearby as well.
Highly recommended!
