'Overall, not bad and a good choice for families, but there are several areas that need improvement. The resort is very family-friendly, and we enjoyed our stay overall. However, the restaurants and bars were disappointing. The main swim-up bar (Mermaid Bar) was consistently understaffed, with what appeared to be only one bartender working throughout the day. 'Another terrific stay at Beloved. As everyone notes, the staff are so helpful and kind. To me, the biggest draw is how quiet the resort is. It’s not small, there are plenty of pools, lovely size beach, big spa and nice sized gym. It’s just the fact that you NEVER have to worry about getting a lovely bed at the beach or pool. You don’t have to get up early and reserve your spot, which I’ve found you must do at a bunch of these resorts. You never wait for drinks or food service at the pool and...

'Food was good but service was horrible, our dinner reservations were late bc thats all they hay 8:30 but they sit us after 9 and were alway rushed and treated poorly Staff seemed mad and clueless all the time. The Family pool is so small and crowded all the time but adults only is huge wich in my opinion should be the other way around or at least both the same size Won't be coming back'
