'We checked in on the 1st of December and arrived around 8 p.m. Our keys and packet were waiting for us at the kiosk with no issues. Our room was amazing—quiet, convenient, and clean. The property was clean as well. We messaged for room service, and they came with no issues. Extra amenities were available in the lobby too. We were there for six nights, and I will definitely be staying again. I would recommend checking in before dark—the road is kind of tricky to find.'

'Located in the center of Hilo 5-15 minutes away from everything, 45 minutes from Kilauea lookout. The building is older and the lower floors are private businesses but you basically only go to the elevator and the coffee shop. The unit was nice, recently renovated everything kitchen to bathroom. The downfall was the A/C in one of the rooms just broke down and a part needed to be ordered but other than that unit was clean, nice, and enjoyable. 'It was a very clean unit. Comfy bed, and a good kitchen setup. Close to Hilo and the beach park. Very reasonable price to pay for what you get. The road noise was a smidge loud, but fixed that a bit by shoving a towel under the main door. Overall I would recommend.'

De volgende dag moesten we oo tijd ontbijten, koffer in pakken en uitchecken ivm onze vlucht naar het volgende eiland en bij de ontbijtlocatie aangekomen, mochten we even 45 min in de wacht. Sorry, er is een grote groep ineens binnen gekomen. Lijkt me toch dat die grote groep niet ineens uit de hoge hoed kwam, dus slechte planning. Maar goed prachtig resort, maar ik zal er niet meer komen."
