'Bed sheets were not clean, outlets didn't work, terrible pillow and shower hardly drained. Generally the place was barely minimal and not very clean. No hooks or any places at all to put clothing, not even a luggage stand. For very little $$ the owners could greatly improve the place. Well appointed is a major stretch. Location was very good and price was low for Paris. It worked but I would not recommend it.'

'The apartment was fantastic in every respect. It is in a terrific location - you can look down the street from the terrace and see Notre Dame just blocks away. The apartment is large, open, sunny and very well-appointed. The check in time is 3 pm but we arrived early and Andrea met us and let us in at 10:30am! We loved the place and will try to stay there again the next time we visit Paris.'

'We enjoyed the location of this cute rental. It feels very central to many sites, shops and restaurants. Metro is nearby too. The apartment is quite small, as advertised. The sofa in the sitting area is average (a bit hard, stained upholstery) but we were not in the apartment much. We never figured out how to work the TV despite the video tutorials. Wifi is good. The bed is actually very comfortable and bathroom is spacious and functional. Maybe add a shelf or spot for travelers’ toiletries. '

'I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience was extremely disappointing. The apartment looks much better in the photos than it does in reality. While I liked the neighborhood and surrounding streets, the entrance to the building is a long, dark hallway that feels neglected and unwelcoming. The biggest issue, however, was the digital entry system. After returning from dinner one evening, the digital key stopped working, leaving my family locked outside the building for almost two hours...

'The location was excellent and the property’s biggest advantage close to everything we wanted to see and do in Paris. However, cleanliness was the main issue. We did not see mold on the bed, but there was a strong musty, mold-like smell from the bed, blankets, and bedding. The carpet also seemed unclean. 'Het appartement is precies zoals in de omschrijving. Het appartement is erg mooi en heel verzorgd van binnen. Het bevindt zich in een oud gebouw met een hele kleine lift. In de omgeving is veel horeca. Erg gezellig maar ook lawaaierig. Dus je zet niet graag de balkondeuren open terwijl een beetje frisse lucht 's nachts aangenaam zou zijn aangezien er geen airco is. 'The location is perfect - easy access to the Right or Left Bank, seemingly infinite gelato shops right outside the front door, a wonderful ambiance, and amazing hosts. We had an amazing time here - we walked to the Louvre, Musée d’Orsay, back from the Eiffel Tower, and all around Paris.
