« The room was clean and decorated nicely. Bathroom was clean as well and had nice water pressure. The view of the lake from the room was amazing! The owner sent me a text message with the room # and code for the lock around 3 pm which was nice.
I also left my charger in the room and the owner is nice enough to mail it back to me. »

« As soon as we arrived, the clerk told us how to get to our room, but it wasn't clear. The manager took care of us to show us our room. His purpose was to sell us the dinning facility, and he was a little too pushy for me! The driveway to the check in had a big hole which was easy to fix temporarily with a bag of gravel rock! The front door of our room was filled with sticky leaves from last fall. The environment around the Hotel is splendid. »

« The location could not have been more perfect. We were centrally positioned to enjoy all that is FLX. Our Host Mark gave us a through understanding of all the interesting and delicious wine and port he is creating on the Rock Stream property. We were able to relax, wander the country road and vineyards right out our front door. Thank's for the memories! »

« This is a nice home in a very peace full quiet area. The large front porch was the best part for us because it looked over a large yard with hummingbirds, butterflies, and deer, in addition to distant views of Seneca Lake. The location is rural but still an easy drive to Watkin's Glen, Geneva, multiple wineries, creameries, and Farmer's Markets. Well stocked kitchen with lots of supplies for cooking and cleaning.
